Really nice!
I chose this location so we could be next to MD Anderson for treatment. That being said the neighborhoods in downtown are all a little sketchy as is this one BUT we did not have any issues at all with noise or the neighborhood. The street itself seems to be up and coming and houses seem to be starting remodeling one at a time. There was parking in the back with a gate all around which put my police sergeant husband at much better ease.
The unit itself is VERY nice and remodeled completely with very nice kitchen appliances and comfortable beds. It’s plenty spacious with everything you need. It was nice to have tvs in the bedrooms and the ac unit worked very well with both heat and cold. There are great blackout curtains on all the windows which is nice for sleeping in. It’s close to many areas downtown and easy access. If there are guests upstairs it’s pretty loud when they even just walk around. Bring your own laundry supplies because there are none. The lock on the door is great because you just need a code and everyone can come and go as they please. I didn’t need to communicate with the host so I’m not very sure about quick response. Overall a GREAT stay and we would stay here again.
