About this space
A simple, peaceful retreat nestled in the woods. With a still pond and a short walk to a scenic creek, it's the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and reconnect. Take walks through the woods or sip your coffee on the front porch, or venture out to the many things to do in the Upstate.
The space
The Cozy Cabin is a little larger than a tiny house, and great for a family!

The bedroom sleeps 6, with 2 queen beds and a Queen sofa bed in the main living area.

There is no dishwasher.
The full kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans for cooking, along with the following appliances for your use:
• Coffee Pot (drip style) - filters are in the cabinet above the stove
• Toaster
• Electric Griddle – in the kitchen cart
• Rice Cooker/Crock Pot and Pots, Pans - in the corner lazy Susan cabinet.

The living room has a lovely stone fireplace for cozy staying-in days.
Pick a board game or an adventure from the big basket of books to get lost in. The front porch is the perfect spot to sit and read while waiting for the deer to meander by!

*The simple charm of this cozy space is to slow down and unplug, therefore there is intentionally not a television. There is WiFi if you simply must.*

This is a no smoking property, including the porch and outdoor area.
Guest access
All rooms of the home and the surrounding wooded area are for guests.
There is a loft area accessible by ladder in the main living room. This area is used for storage and should not be used by guests. Children should be supervised.
Other things to note

Therefore there is intentionally no television.
There is Wi-Fi as it's also a fantastic space to work remotely.
