About this space
Our second home is your second home! Make sure when you enter to say hello to our cranes, Juilia and Suzanne Sugarbaker! The designer has added extra touches to make you feel at home. The lanai overlooks a pond with a fire pit, & TV! The living kitchen combo gives a nice open concept! The on-suite w/king bed, tv, walk-in shower! Bed 2 has queen bed, & tv, and bed 3 has 2 twins! Also a 2 car garage! The updates with lighting, art, and decor will not leave you disappointed. Book your stay today!
Other things to note
The Villages is an amazing retirement community. It has a lot to offer! You can receive a guest pass for pool etc., and on longer visits for an extra fee you can get a pass that gives you full access to amenities like golf just to name one. There are also several squares with live music and more to do here than I can list! We also have walking paths close by!

As a realtor since 1997 I love real estate life! Adding my vacation rentals to my story has been a fun experience, because I love to make people happy and have them enjoy their vacation time! Everyone is in a great mood on vacation and sending lots of positive energy, which makes it fun to give them locations they can enjoy! When I am not working I love to boat, relax in a pool, travel in my RV, or cruise in my 59 T-bird! Life is short, tomorrow not promised, live each day to the fullest!

Why they chose this property

This new home with its pond view makes you feel at home. We love the location, its close to Sawgrass, Franklin Rec Center, Ezell, just to name a few, its a very enjoyable golf cart ride to Brownwood (takes us about 45min) and its only 1.5 miles to the turnpike on ramp! Thank makes it quick to get to many outside locations!

What makes this property unique

The amazing decor that my designer had so much fun putting together! The lighting and extras make it so fun and very comfortable! The pond view adds to the relaxation!
