We are available to assist you promptly before, during and after your stay and the apartment also comes with complete instruction manual with pictures and detailed instructions for everything you may need.

Make the most of everything this exciting city has to offer without compromising on sleep and relaxation. This apartment is located on a substantially quieter block than the rest of this busy area. The bedroom is at the back of the property, with blackout curtains, double glazed windows and the latest memory foam mattresses, all dressed in luxurious all-year cotton duvets, with 2 pillows per guest.

A baby crib and high chair can also be offered.

The area

Angel is an eclectic neighbourhood, famous for its nightlife and collection of iconic local pubs, stylish cocktails bars, renowned international restaurants and upmarket, boutique shopping. One of the most in-demand places to live in London, this safe and eco-friendly neighbourhood is also popular with celebrities – Emma Watson, Boris Johnson, James McAvoy, Colin Firth and Lily Allen are all famous faces that have called this vibrant area home in the last few years.

There is public (pay and display) parking for your car, should you chose to drive into London. You can park on the street, or a nearby indoor carpark. However, we recommend public transport instead, as it’s far easier and quicker to explore London in this way.

BOOKING AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The apartment consists of a 2nd floor of a renovated period building, accessed by stairs. Entry is via an intercom with buzzer for security, all doors have two locks.
It can be rented for short stays from 2-3 nights, with discounts for stays of 6 nights or more. This discount increases for 12 nights or more, and bookings can be made for stays of 2-3 months. The price is inclusive of all utility charges and taxes, with no surprise extras.

All bedding, sheets, and towels are provided, with checkout cleaning and laundry also included. Should you wish to do laundry during your stay, there is a washing machine in the apartment.

This flat is managed by a professional support team who consistently provide outstanding customer care. The multilingual team speak English, Italian, French, Portuguese and Spanish, to answer all your questions and needs.

We have a housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure that your flat will be spotlessly clean upon arrival. Our housekeeping service is always eco-friendly, using only environmentally-safe cleaning products.

Appartement idéalement situé pour sillonner Londres, à proximité du métro et proche de gare st pancras via métro
Quartier plutôt sympa et proches de différents Resto et de quoi faire ses courses à proximité

Paulo répond à toute heure même de la nuit , très disponible et arrangeant

A dispo: dosettes de café, quelques produits pour démarrer le séjour comme sel, huile, vinaigre , shampoings , produit entretien... -> bien pratique

Nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants
En termes de confort
- appart pas très grand, mais pratique
- couchages :la banquette lit est vraiment trop juste pour 2 adultes ou ados; le matelas gonflable 1pl est assez confortable
- SDB : les plus ->à 5 pas de problème pour avoir de l'eau chaude mais pas simple à régler ( une fois qu'on a compris le sytème ça passe )
Les moins ->manque un rideau de douche pour éviter d'éclabousser partout , porte serviettes pas assez costauds et manque support papier toilette, tout petit lavabo
- chambre à coucher lit double : ok correcte
- salon : petite table à manger / convient pour 4 personnes ceci dit on s'est arrangé pour se serrer à 5

Propreté : Ok dans l'ensemble , serviettes fournies propres mais une couette semblait avoir été utilisée ainsi que le torchon cuisine ?
Manque quelques couverts (exemple : 4 fourchettes au lieu de 5) et casseroles et poêle méritent d'être changés

Dans l'ensemble je le recommande vivement même s'il y a quelques ajustements à faire et qui finalement ne nous nous ont pas dérangés
Paulo est très sympa et nous reviendrons je l'espère dans l'un de ses appartements
Apartamento idealmente ubicado para viajar alrededor de Londres, cerca del metro y cerca de la estación st pancras vía área metropolitana bastante agradable de tren y cerca de restaurante diferente y qué compras cerca Paulo con cualquier momento incluso de la noche , servicial y complaciente tiene disponible: monodosis de café, algunos productos para iniciar tu estancia como sal , aceite, vinagre, champús, productos de mantenimiento -> buena práctica éramos 5, incluyendo 3 niños en términos de confort - no muy grande, pero práctico Apartamento - duerme: la tumbona es demasiado apretado para 2 adultos o adolescentes; el colchón inflable 1pl es bastante cómodo - SDB: mayoría-> 5 no hay problema para conseguir agua caliente pero no fácil de resolver (una vez que el sistema va) la menos-> falta una cortina de ducha para evitar salpicaduras en todas partes, no bastante fuerte la puerta y carecen de apoyo pequeño fregadero, toallas de papel higiénico - dormitorio doble cama ¿: OK ok - salón: mesa de comedor pequeña / conveniente para 4 personas que hemos conseguido sacudir limpieza 5: Ok, toallas limpia pero siempre un edredón parecía haber sido utilizado así como la toalla de cocina?
Faltan algunos cubiertos (ejemplo: 4 tenedores en vez de 5) y ollas y sartén merecen cambiarse en todos lo recomiendo aunque hay algunos ajustes que hacer y que finalmente nos hemos no nos molesta Paulo es muy amigable y estaremos detrás que en uno de sus apartamentos

We had a wonderful time. It was not the apartment we had booked but as it turned out it was a better choice as we had outside space. Couldn't be better positioned for London. Everyone who visited was really impressed.
Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso. No era el apartamento que habíamos reservado pero resultó que era una mejor opción ya que teníamos el espacio exterior. No podía ser mejor posicionados para Londres. Todos los que visitó estaban muy impresionado.
