The build is residencial, staying here you will be near the business area like Paulista Avenue.
The flat accommodates 3 guests. Since there is only one double bed, we have single built in bed, (spare bed), please look at our pictures.
It comes with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including your own bathroom and small veranda.
You will be less than 12 minutes walk from famous Avenida Paulista where you can find plenty different kinds of bars, typical restaurants, cinemas, theater, museum, and one of best shopping area.
The following complimentary items are also provided:
